STS was founded on the concept that skills and qualifications delivery in the adult education and training sectors should be facilitated to learners much more effectively and that training is delivered in a concise, engaging, and timely way to avoid drawn-out sessions that often lead to learner disengagement, high dropout rates, and low rates of success overall.
